Wish they would run some of the 80 and up models on special.

I think this is a solid-top but not solid/all-solid...big difference

The amount of times you play an acoustic guitar that far up the neck are pretty limited. I mean there are some styles that play there a lot. I find no need to use the frets that the cutaway gives access to on acoustic except when playing slide. One electric guitars having that access is much more important. I would say for a beginner it will make close to no difference so get the one you think looks cooler.

Correct. Solid wood on only the top. No Lag acoustic is all solid wood. That being said, they say the top on acoustic guitars has the biggest influence on sound.

Awesome deal. I bought the auditorium version last week for the same price. Honestly, the best guitar for the price that I have ever bought (and I have owned 50+ guitars). Solid top, acoustic electric, with a battery and cable included, good look/feel and set up well from the factory, fresh set of coated strings, PLUS free shipping. Ridiculous deal.

What's the difference between this and the Auditorium series?

Nevermind, googled it. Thanks, in 4 1

I'm bummed . Last week I bought the cutaway auditorium version & it was an acoustic/electric & so awesome I decided to buy the solid dreadnaught version without the cutaway too this week. It just arrived & while it's really nice it's acoustic only with no electronics. Probably gonna return it
