How to compare it to My Q on the previous deal?

I have this and it's much better than myq, great customer support team, app is great, fully supported by Amazon Alexa and Google home, unlike the paywall with myq

I have this too. The app is really piece of crap. I don't need its own voice command, don't need automatic door open (by having location service on all the time on phone). Once in a while, the app shows my door is open even though it is actually closed. The colors and icons are confusing and not user friendly. It's really a half baked software, maybe 30% complete. I don't think they will ever update the app.
Had mine for about a year. Previously had Craftsman, at least the graphics were much easier to see on that one.

Been using this for about 2 months now. Make sure you use the "Nexx Home" app instead of the Nexx Garage app. The home one is their new app, and the old one gave me issues with open garage notifications not working. I bought a Nexx instead of the competitors because I didn't want to pay a monthy/yearly fee for integrating with things. This is basically a Sonoff, with a door sensor. Works great though.

Is it capable to open or close garage half way? any security feature to prevent garage closing while people are on the way?

Send it my way, apparently you need one for each door.

How is this compared to the Meross? It seems very similar for installation process. But it's safer then the Meross? I've placed an order and probably going to return the myq.

I'm assuming with any of these things the native garage door safety features still work as intended, if someone/thing walks through the laser sensors while it is going down it will make the garage door go back up.

Lol that would still involve me buying it, it was a good effort. To answer your question, yes you would need one for each door from what I read on the amazon FAQ's.

I have one too. The door sensor sucks something awful. Spent hours trying to line it up. Broke down and got a sensor by a different manufacturer and it works better. Like another poster, I ocassionally get a 'door still open when it isn't' error.

Support team is exceptional.

I picked up the myQ deal a few days ago. Should I return that for this?
