These are crap cables; don't be fooled by the braided texture that implies durability. Your data rates are dribbles through these things too. And Monoprice customer service stinks. Stay away.

I have about 20 of these cables. I avoid using them, as they suck.

Great, sturdy cable, but the connectors fits loose, and doesn't really bend.

I have them as backup-backup, cables.
These cables do indeed lack. i have (2) 3ft C to C palette cables. They love to fall out of any and all jacks. Enough so that I don't even use either of them. Read reviews. You'll see the same complaints.

On the flip side, the micro usb ends on my other palette cables hold just fine..

I gonna order some of those USB C cables for phone charging and give out to the kids, friends... For the laptop and data transfer, I use the USB-IF Certified cables.

zip tie at 38 cents still available and appear to be much slicker deal than in this post's title.

Check those as quantity is decreasing alarmly!
Please stop being greedy and think of all the other co SD buyers.

I was wondering the same thing. These aren't terribly useful cables as far as I can tell. Especially so since they're only 6 inches long.
6 inches is plenty useful

No more monoprice. Decent products until you deal with their customer service. The worst.

6" cords are good for combination with power banks, if you're using the bank to charge a device sitting right next to the bank. I also like 6" cables for my car, where I air vent mount my phone while driving. The bottom of the phone ends up being pretty close to a 12v port, and 6" fits nicely without creating slack that can get caught in the door.

Many accessories still use the old ports. I need these to charge my Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones and wireless earbuds while traveling.

I need usb 3.0 a to micro usb. There seems to be some there for 3 bucks. But the shipping is killing it for me. I'd rather order it on amazon.
