I believe this is 10 dollars less than a previous front page deal.

Buyer Beware: San Disk SSDs seem to die right after warranty expires on these 3-year warranty drives. I used mine for OS only and right after 3 year mark mine died completely (cannot even power on). Researching these further, lots of people post the same issue. There is no warning or indication of failure and no "read only" failure option as some SSD media may have - the SanDisks just die and cannot be powered on.

From above experience, I no longer would buy any SanDisk SSD, and especially avoid those that have only 3-year warranty.

Paid 96$ a week ago via the previous deal and there is a Microcenter near me (New Jersey). If a more substantial saving, I would have returned the current one for this deal. None the less, wow, how SSD prices have dropped! Love It!

After Tax and shipping the cost is $103.95. I ended up cancelling my Amazon order and getting screwed by this . EDIT: The Amazon deal was $99 , no shipping.

NO I messed up. they did charge tax, i didn't realize I had a store credit that was about the same as tax. Still, the shippng from MICROCENTER offets the $10 deal and thus I still recommend u buy amazon. Or u could go to the Microcenter yourself, but mine is out of the way (lots of traffic on that freeway).

If this was the SanDisk Ultra 3D NAND 1TB for $90, I'd be all over it.
