Is this pretty good? I'm building a media , browsing pc.. light gaming.. does it come with a cooler? I read it comes with a graphics vega built in.. so I don't need a video card?

It would suffice for those purposes, and yes it includes a GPU capable of very light gaming. But if you can wait until July, the Ryzen 3000 series is expected to debut. Although it might not feature an integrated GPU right away (those models might not come out until later in 2019), the performance gain could be 30% or more.

True, you'd have to get a separate, discrete video card. But that's probably the best way to go anyway because it provides more future resistance.

The APUs aren't getting a process upgrade from 12nm to 7nm like the CPUs are. The performance uptick isn't going to be near as much.
