You need to keep them cool and dry, so the fridge is a good option, but I would stick them in a glass jar with some silica gel, it's those crystal decaessant packets you find in electronics and and assorted food items that need to avoid moisture. I've seen some packs with an expiration of only a year or two, but when kept cool and dry they still work fine several years later. Adversely I've mistakenly left some in a humid garage that were already hardened maybe 6 months after purchase without even being opened. It's a chemical reaction, cool and dry is the winning combination in delaying the process as long as possible.

Realisticly, it's probably similar, but you more of it in this deal.

The posted deal https://www.lowes.com/pd/DURO-Liq...ve/3389016 is 4 x 2g so 8g of super glue for $1
https://www.dollartree.com/the-or...cks/198664 4 x 0.5g tubes is only 2g of super glue for $1
https://www.dollartree.com/012oz-...cks/185637 2 x 3.6g is 7.2g of super glue for $1

From my perspective, the dollar tree 4 pack has too little glue in each pack and not enough overall for the price. Their two-pack has a good amount of glue per tube but only two tubes, and you're unlikely to avoid the glue drying out between use so I'd prefer to have that amount split into 4 packs so I get at least 4 different projects done.

i disagree with your compare at $6.38 statement this is regularly $1.98 at lowes, so it is 50% off but does not cost anywhere near the inflated link you mentioned.

Amazon does in fact sell this 4-pack for $6.38 - ships from and sold by Amazon.com (not a 3rd party seller). I agree this price may be high but it's an actual, real selling price.

When I look at this one on Lowe's, the Amazon assistant pops up the same one for $5.03... not sure if that is free shipping or not. A buck is a good price.

Yes, I see the cheapest price on Amazon is $5.03 from a 3rd party seller.
I agree $1 is a good price. I also prefer the small tubes (less waste).

Nothing to write home about... $1.87 for a 4 pack of 3oz tubes (12g vs 8g) can be picked up from Walmart any day....

For some reason I can't upload attachments as it fails and the Walmart site shows a much higher price than their app but it's "Permatex 75187" in the Walmart app.

In for 10. The slickest part is this will save me 10 pairs of shoes with the outsoles falling off.

Perhaps add a bit of a more flexible glue to have set while this holds it in place.
