If you were an early adopter, and had a live a little, go big, just right etc plan at the "good prices" and canceled, check your email! Search back for the cancelation email and note that it says "you can come back to this plan at any time".
After trying to cut costs on a money saving trip recently, we freed up enough money to look into a streaming tv service(I work 84 hour weeks, but we strictly live off of 40hrs of pay/week).
After seeing this email I had a convo with the support team via chat. Through being courteous, building rapport, and just treating the outsourced CS reps nice, I landed my old plan and price back. EVEN AFTER the 4/12/19 $10 price hike. I have the go big, and hbo for $40 a month!!
Worth looking into. Just be nice, polite, look for that old cancellation email with verbiage that is similar to mine. If the first rep doesn't do well, onto the next one!! If not, rinse and repeat.
