Walmart has the 65" Samsung NU7200 for $399+Tax. I just picked one up in Georgia for $449 (3 in-stock in 30009), came back to post this deal and found another store that JUST marked this down to $399 nearby. 8 in stock.

Lowest I've seen this.

(Thanks for link Jackyuen89)

Edit: for what it's worth 2 days ago these TVs were all $599. The stores in GA are putting these on clearance today by the looks of it.

Update Guys, Recently got this 55 inch 7200 from the other thread. THIS IS NOT the same set as reviewed by Rting, their 7100..

The 55 inch I got measured only an abysmal 2800:1 contrast ratio, vs rting's 5200:1

Black lvls are really high, and image looks more faded than a 4000:1 or 5000:1 set.

The brightness is about the same 270cd , vs the 290 on rting's set.

Again, this might just be difference in batches, because they're probably sourcing panels all over for the low end lines such as this.

HOWEVER, I would consider this a completely different TV vs the 7100 reviewed on Rting.

The Color Gamut is also ~13% lower than rting's 7100.

I'm not sure how you guys would be able to tell without a colorimeter, But I just posted this here to let y'all know that it may not be a straight 7100 Variant, possibly something else entirely.

What is the version number of your panel

Thanks, was about to post that then a co-worker snuck up on me at work and I freaked out with the "post & close browser" combo.

Got no clue how to price match my purchase to the other Walmart store. Anybody successfully done that without having to physically bring the TV Back?

Nice find. All $599 by me.
Same for me.

It seems like maybe even $599 isn't too bad. Opinions?

Decent for 600 but better off waiting for the next drop.

I don't have this tv, but Walmart model is 7200 while Best Buy and others have it as 7100. Same tv. 65Nu means it's the 2018 model. Probably clearing out for new 2019 models which are Ru. Prices may keep dropping at other locations if so.

Some swear by Rtings and same hate it (maybe more in their calibration settings) but regardless, here is some more info:

at $600 I would wait.

It looks decent enough compared to the other TVs in the $400-600 price range (Vizio D, Panasonic/Sharp/4 series TCL) etc.

At $400 (or 450 in my case) it's a no-brainer at this stage of the clearance process.
