This has been discussed for some time here:

Even though the OP never updated the price, the $79 price has been around for awhile and most stores are cleared out. Happy hunting!

No Costco is a 3100 PSI Yamaha engine. This has a 3200 PSI Powerstroke engine.

Powerstroke doesn't make engines. The Costco one is a Powerstroke model too. The question here is who makes the engine.

But for $80 I don't care if you can find one. Buy it.

If Powerstroke doesn't advertise the motor brand it is almost always an unbranded Chinese motor

good luck finding any of these. you wont. and Brick Seeker is 99% always wrong... Glad I did not find one anyway (after going to three Walmarts that BrickSeeker said had 3+ of them in stock)... Ended up buying a Ryobi Electric 1.2 for $99... simply amazing..does exactly what I need.. and no need to deal with trash gas setup.
Brickseek is not wrong. The employees are hoarding the inventory and it makes it appear that the BS inventory is off, when it's just simply tucked away in the back waiting for them to buy it.

The better question is the pump not the motor. It is the first to go. Some can be rebuilt. The last one I got from Costco was not rebuildable.

You'll probably get a stroke trying to find a Walmart YMMV item.

Or they were stolen. Always more likely with smaller electronic items. Guessing its pretty hard to steal a power washer though, but never know.. EEK!
