I've been monitoring these for a while now, and it just dropped bigly. Normally $200. Lowest Price Ever according to CCC

Have owned one of these for three years and used it on two kids. Buy a less expensive regular swing, they will like it better. This is an example of humans trying to overthink an industry with technology. Between the angles of the seat, the speed and motion, you're constantly left trying to find the perfect setting for your child, and you feel like you're trying to solve algebra. It's a good price for this equipment, but not a good deal. Both kids hated it

Totally agree. We had one of these and never used it. The $30 bouncers are way more practical and take up less room. This thing is large, heavy and needs to be plugged in. Looks cool, but not worth it.

I just bought this before it hit the board. I found it and was like wow great deal and placed the order. Hell it's worth it because when your done you can sell for a 100 easily so basically 30 bucks to use it for as long as you need. Big win for us as I need something to hold my 4 day old baby when I have to do stuff and not willing to pay 200 bucks for this.

I'm so glad we got a used Mamaroo (older non-bluetooth enabled version0 though for $40 through LetGo. I don't know if I'll purchase it full price but buying a used one for $40 in great condition sure is worth it especially as my 1 month old daughter loves it! Smilie

Love the Mamaroo, the Bluetooth app is nice as you can be washing the dishes and turn up/down the speed without interruption. My kid loves it, just remember to buy the newborn insert if you have a little baby.

I couldn't agree more. Got this for my first born and she didn't like it at all. She did love the traditional Fisher Price swing though. We got ours 2nd hand for $80 but literally new in box from Facebook marketplace. You can only use these for about 6 months before the child outgrows it.

Why would you say it's necessary? In the q&a someone asked and the manufacturer responded that it's not required. What's the benefit?

If your kid will like it or not is VERY kid dependent. I bought one and used it for 2 kids, first one loved it and hated a regular swing. The second one hated it and loved a regular swing. All I can say is if your kid likes it, it's well worth the money if you can afford it.
