I dont think these type setups are a good deal unless you go through a lot of different make/model cars. This one isn't too bad since it includes some tools, but even those probably aren't but $3 or $4 at harbor freight. The description doesn't even give you enough detail as to what you are actually getting to see how useful the assortment even is for your particular vehicle.

Yes the proper ones can cost $3-$5 for like 10 at the parts store, but you can get 50-100 packs for the same money online. I think one is better off just getting a large pack like that of the most common one or 2 you may need to keep on hand if your a DIY type and simply get any others as needed.
