Lol not that much, but if it's total crap it would be throwing money away. I would be fine with taking the gamble at this price, but why risk it when I can wait for a reply from someone with experience, who might save me the money?

I'm just the type person that has to buy Night Trap on every system, especially on sale.

I played Comic Star Heroine on PC via an Origin Pass trial. Solid old school style RPG. Been waiting for it to go on sale for switch. Will be grabbing tonight. Thanks OP

Did you get the Limited Run version? I splurged for that because it scratched a collector's itch for me (something about having a classic, formerly "banned" Mature themed game on a Nintendo system perhaps?) This sale is great though because now I can, I dunno, actually PLAY the game instead of simply displaying the glorious sealed copy in my mancave.

I read some reviews that it is very choppy and a "poor man's" Enter the Gungeon. I was going to get it but to be honest, ETG already scratches the itch.

I didn't even know that was a type of person.

I bought Mana Spark in the past for I think 4$. It's a difficult rogue-lite, I haven't played too much but for 2 dollars, I'd recommend it.

Some of these cheap games feel so poorly executed and rushed. I didn't get that sense while playing this game. It felt like it was created by a small passionate indie company.

Been in a similar boat. Was tempted to snag it on Switch in the past, but it's hard to justify when it's been on sale on PS4/Vita for so much less. I'm also happy that it's duration seems reasonable (10-15h).
