Any reason for the -ve voting? By far, this is the cheapest RTX 2060 option with a high refresh rate display, cheaper than the Lenovo Legion Y740. Only disadvantage is lack of TB3 port.

The Lenovo Y740 comes out to $1,232 after 10% off coupon code and you can also get 15% cash back on top of it. So it will actually come out to much less then this deal. You also get the Thunderbolt port and GSync.

You do get extra storage in the deal here but your can always add another drive on the Lenovo. This is also nice if you want a 17.3" monitor. No reason to downvote this deal. Seems solid.

Yeah it's an okay price, but nobody wants to walk around with a black and red plasticy laptop anymore. Like it or not people like thin bezels and RGB even if they only set it to a single color. MSI hasn't gotten the memo.

Below is the review from Notebookcheck: -
https://www.notebookcheck.net/MSI...811.0.html

This Display covers 100% sRGB and 74% Adobe RGB which is quite good and can be used for professional editing work. Also, being a 17.3" laptop and not so slick, enables it to have a good cooling solution as well.

The 10% off for the Y740 isn't valid anymore, it appears I missed that by a few days, unless I'm missing something

I saw it too but didn't end up buying. 3 reasons .
1. TN panel. 2. No TB 3. Thermals and noise reviews not great .
Despite these there was actually open box deal for this at mewegg that is also debatable though .
