How does this Jamo line compare to the Studio S60X series?

This vs the pioneer Andrew Jones set??
I have the first gen pioneer aj towers and I feel they are kind of garbage compared to the even low end jamos I've heard.

How would these compare to the recent Klipsch package from Adorama which was 700$ ?

Rob is right. Budget priority should go to speakers/sub over receiver. Most receivers will be able to power these speakers no problem and subs has an internal amp.

They would be in two different leagues . A closer comparison would be the Pioneer Andrew Joned series which goes for the same price !

TU that's a great idea. Maybe i will try this on my B&W 683s, but i'm worried it will mess the finish if i decide to peel off the wallpaper.

Just a heads up mine was open box. Did I miss that information?

Does it say open box or 'may be open box' anywhere for this product? They told me this deal is listed as so.

Update: They found an unopened one and swapped it out for me. Still haven't been able to find where this purchase may not be a new (sealed) set.

Is there much of a difference between the 1st gen and 2nd gen AJ's or beyond?

I have always wondered why certain speakers have goofy names.

Never heard of Jamo before....how are they compared to other common speakers that usually make SD front page, such as Klipsch, Yamaha, Polk etc?
