HATE MIRs. Been stiffed on those more times than they ever worked. Refuse to buy anything with an MIR now.

FYI-

As this was posted weeks ago, Walmart has the Mobil 1 on sale for $22.88 plus a $5 off Mobil 1 gift card and then you have the Mobil one rebate for $12. Bringing the total cost to $5.88 if it matters to anyone.

It works. I did this a few weeks ago and received my Manufacturer rebate check today. The Pepboys rebate is being processed. Link to Pennzoil rebate: https://www.pennzoil.com/en_us/promotions/do-it-yourself-oil-change/promotion-13.html

Pepboys not listed as eligible retailer for the Rebate. Wonder if the rebate fulfillment center will honor it.

They do not list EVERY retailer, that list is more of a sample so to speak. Amazon IS EXCLUDED though.

I used to be like that and then found it convenient to track everything in a to do list app, reminders, notes, etc. so it was hard to ever forget

You definitely don't want to hassle with the Pennzoil one. They are horrible about denying rebates for no reason, which will create so much extra work for you, if you get the rebate at all. Just a word of caution to everyone.
