Sonicare has some of the best customer service experiences I've had.

Stupid question: On the rebate form it says limit two rebates per household. Can I mail in one rebate form for two rebates?

There were $19.99 or less many times since 2 years ago. I had thought this model would've been long discontinued once the 4100 came out.

Although I don't like rebate, but This is not always $20, it has been a while without those $20 deal. I always buy a pair when it hits 20

Does this model allow for water to get into the internals?

I looked for near a year before I bit the bullet and bought a couple for $35 each on Amazon at the end of last year.

Just pulled the trigger on the $75 Costco deal to get the wife and I out of the Series 2... after 3 years, mine was starting to develop those mold issues that these Series 2 brushes are known for.
What mold issues?
And does Costco brushes not have them? Or, since it's Costco, are you planning to return if they do?
I'm looking to switch from oral B

The mold issue is in base of the brush neck. It's always been there, but not a big deal since it's not what you put in your mouth.
I just flush it with my waterpik flosser every couple of months. 3 years not cleaning will cause serious medical emergencies.

Yes... I'm reading about it online.
The post that I replied to mentioned "getting out of the mold issues that series 2 is known for" made me think that the Costco series doesn't have this issue.

I would add other qualifying item(s) worth $10.01 or greater to use the $10 off $50 (MOMSDAY10, expires 5/12/19) coupon. Qualifying items are listed here:

https://www.kohls.com/ecom/PrintP...-6632.html

I plan to buy the Keurig My K-cup Universal Reusable filter for $11.99. It's like paying $2 for this item.

When I wrote the original post, I believe I made a mistake.

I believe I was referring to the Series 1 models. Series 2 (similar to what I upgraded) doesn't have the same mold issues. Series 1 has a different brush head that inserts into a nook, and that nook has been riddled with mold problems (and is, in large part, why I'm sure sonicare eventually went with the different tech). Somehow, my most recent Series 1 purchase went 3 years without so much as a hint of any foreign matter in that nook... but I saw it had some in it the last brush I changed , so time to upgrade.

If you can get them for $25 (or even $28, honestly), the OP is a solid deal. If I hadn't just thrown down $75 on a pair of more advanced models, I'd be pulling the trigger on this one.

I'm looking at the Costco model for $75.
I don't see any difference in the vibrations per minute in the Kohl's model vs Costco model. Although a couple of websites showed that Kohl's model has 15000 and Costco model has 31000 RPM.
Will continue my research but if Kohl's has the exact same vibrations then the rest of it is just added bells or whistles which one may never end up using.
