SSDs are expected to continueto drop in price, 512GB SSDs are expected to drop under $0.10/GB ($51.20) this year according to th... [trendforce.com].

Unknown how NAND flash manufacturers plans to cut production will stem the falling prices [anandtech.com]. From the Anandtech article, it looks like they are cutting production of older baselines, but that will still probably affect the overall market.

Code was updated. Old code expired. Evidently one per customer until they renew the code.

Thanks OP.

Got my 4th one last night and so far all 4 work. 4th one was the Amazon flash sale as the old code had expired on this deal and could not get the 4th at the OP site.

Ask me in 3 years how it went.

So far better than SANDISK Plus.

I can see this one coming down to $170 to $160 as a normal price.

Why is there a new post about this same f'ing drive almost every day? Stop it, folks. SEARCH.
Because the price keeps hitting new lows, which means it is a new deal?

Right, so what you do then, is add onto the thread with an update, even if you're not the OP. That's how it works around here.

And BTW, this drive has been slammed by the most authoritative reviewers, e.g.:
