I know the foamy aerosol can of this same brand/chemical is amazing at getting stains out of carpet, and greasy/oily fingerprints out of various interior fabrics like headliners. I swore by this stuff for years after discovering it running an auto shop 15 or so years ago.

For the outside, im sure its fine, i dont think it has anything super harsh in it. I dont know that id really use it for that though. Gotta be less harmful than leaving bird shit on the paint though.

If you do in-store, open them to make sure they are all there. I purchased 3 and when I got home to put on the shelf, they seemed a bit off on weight. One was about 80% used, another ~ 55% used, and the other 10% used.

Judging from the grease on the outside, it's apparent the techs are using the wipes and putting back on the shelf.

Depends on how finicky you are about the your paint. The towels themselves probably wouldn't hurt the paint. But dragging along the dirt is going to leave swirl marks.
