SR71 must be thirsty this morning. Mix some vodka in it for sure.

Water is healtheir than Gatorade, which is pretty much overpriced watered-down Kool Aid. Nothing magic about the electrolytes added to Gatorade. People consume plenty of sodium, glucose and other sugars, or potassium, and no magic effects from consuming them immediately before or after a workout. If you believe the magic, there are cheaper, easier, and more compact ways to get sodium, glucose, and potassium.

20 oz bottles are 24 for $12.98 at Sams Club right now. This is not a good deal.

Yep, too many fat-asses sit on the couch or in front of the computer slamming this or RB. Not really doing them much good. For those who move and sweat, it can be a valuable tool. Not everyone needs it, but some loose EL a lot faster than others. Besides, water is not all that much cheaper per bottle.
