Better experience? The apple remote is trash.

Having used atv (previous gen), ftv (current gen) and rtv, specifically when it comes to the ultra, I'd take it over the others for ease of use, speed and the insane amount of content available. I just can't stand being tied to the apple ecosystem. YMMV. And this price is really good for an ultra unless you are willing to wait another 6 months.

I often have a similar experience on Fry's.com (making you go through the entire order process before informing you that the item is out of stock). Their web order input software has sucked for YEARS...

can you put kodi on this
Probably better to just try an Android box type device for that type of activity, That kind of stuff got Roku kicked out of Mexico(for sure) and possibly other entire countries. Roku is very diligent about keeping copyright infringement off of it's devices.

Looks valid with code 2288 but only store pickup for me.

*EDIT*
I was wrong. I thought that the shipping wasn't available, but I was able to have it shipped for free. Thanks OP!

Not that great of a deal compared to Black Friday last year. Think I paid around $40 for one of these and barely use it. ATV is much better, faster, etc...
...much more expensive...

Yes - but much better experience and way faster. Well worth the extra expense. If I had to live with my Roku Ultra, probably would not be streaming... LOL
