Seems pretty cheap considering no charge for shipping.

Lowest on the camel (search B00PX9L61U) was $82.

How do you attach the wheels, does harbor freight have anything to use as an axle?

I want to make the heaviest duty possible cart possible with solid wheels/tires, like push lawnmower wheels. I see some like how I want at HF, but have no clue about axles.

The hub bearings fit a 5/8" axle. I've used a 5/8" steel rod, which you can get from Lowe's, HD, or a metal supplier, or some carriage bolts, depending on how you do it. I've also used 1/2" steel rod with some ghetto spacers wedged in but that was not ideal. I put a fender washer on either side and drilled holes through the rod for cotter pins to hold the wheels in place.

$6 are wheels only, the cheapest 10" caster I could find on HF is $15 https://www.harborfreight.com/10-...38943.html [harborfreight.com] which is already $60 for 4. You can't build one from scratch for under $56
You don't have to use casters though. I've used the $6 wheels for a few different projects.
