i bought a pair of basketball shoes and my feet started to hurt after a day's worth of walking

these insoles made a world of difference...... highly recommend

Anyone who really needs insoles, should get a pair of these -

https://www.amazon.com/Powerstep-Pinnacle-Shoe-Insoles-Shock-Absorbing/dp/B07MK46F8M

I know they're more expensive but the quality difference is worth it, if you're looking for actual health benefits. My husband's podiatrist recommended these instead of springing $200 for custom supportive insoles.

I got a pair for myself as well and it has helped tremendously vs the flimsy Scholls insoles.
(Just figured someone might be looking for actual relief)

These are some notorious squeakers. Use some baby powder under the insoles if anyone has this issue. Just a sprinkle.

I didnt for mine but that up to you. The gel was kind of hard for me so I put my old foam one on top of this for more cushioning. If your shoe has enough room, you can try it.
