So I wanted to share my story of trying to get the 150 dollar price adjsutment. Well mine wasn't as easy as everyone else, in fact probably a very special case and a not so good one.

When I initially got to the store, i went straight to the customer service desk and asked how I can get a price adjustment. She said I needed to go to desk 51 which is where electronics pickup is. So I went over there and the lady told me that i needed to go to the wireless center and that they needed the 250 dollar coupon in order to process the transaction for me. So I went over there and the same employee was there, that i bought the phone from. We argued for a bit but he wasn't willing to give me the 250 dollar coupon and told me I need to return the phone/loose my trade in discount and than repurchase, the same way everyone else has to do.

So I went back to the customer service desk and asked them, if I bought something 2 days ago, do i have to return the item, or can i get a price adjustment. She agreed with me and told me 5 times that I can get a price adjustments and that their should be no problem. So I went back to desk 51 and told the person i was just with customer service and called corporate and they told me i can get a price adjustment. And she asked weather wireless center helped me out and I said NO. So I asked for the manager, and she walked over to him and they spoke for roughly 5 min. Im not sure what she said but in the end the manager came up to me and said he would process the discount. But im not sure they knew how to do it, as I ended up being an hour at the desk having 4 different employees figure out how to process the transaction. They weren't sure how to Void out the coupon $100 dollars and add the new discount reflected today. But after voiding out the old coupon and entering the new coupon code which the manager had, I finally got the 150 dollar price adjustment.

Im glad I stood my ground and managed to get it, but it was mostly thanks to you guys since your messages showed how easy it can be.

yes add 2 lines for each phone plus trade in 4 phones to get the deal then price match along with a return rebuy then resell and cancel your new lines

It shouldn't effect your trade in. Regarding price adjustment the warehouse would need to have the exact item color, carrier and storage in stock

the S10e is already $150 off. it probably won't go any lower than that.

So you could get the S10 now and get a price adjustment on 5/16 online?

you can get a price adjustment once the sale starts, from 5/22. i've always gone to the store to get the refund, but others here have said in the past that it can be completed via chat as well. ymmv on that.

Just FYI - Costco had Galaxy s10 for $855 (verizon) plus $200 Costco Cash card back, so if you shop at costco, phone is $654. Deal ended yesterday but it will come back again
