Uplay keys do not activate on Steam and vice versa. Same as humble bundle both platforms have different keys to activate.
That's not what they were asking. They were asking if they could stream them through steam to another device. To answer the original question, yes you can. Anything you add to steam as a non steam app can be streamed. heck, even Microsoft Word can be streamed

Coupon would not work for me on Chrome or Firefox even when logged in. Still bought it though because I was one of the few people that actually loved the first game and all reviews I read point to this being even better.

The coupon MAY10 does not work. The site says Watch Dogs 2 is excluded from the coupon.

I remember how amazing watch dogs one looked when it was announced at E3. The graphics looked amazing.
Then the game came out and everyone noticed the drastic drop from what it looked like in the gameplay videos at E3.
Later on, ubi announced that it could not release the game with the quality they wanted due to hardware limitations.

There's a fine line where some companies don't care about PC ports, but they will make it anyway.
PC always looks better than console, but only if the developers put work into it.
Nowadays you have lots of companies that make PC versions look only as good as Xbox X and PS4 Pro versions.

Can anyone vouch for watch dogs 2 looking really good on a decent PC ?

I haven't had problems with it. What's wrong with it?
