Ummm....marketing genius at work here.

Thanks for the deal, OP. Building up a tool chest for my soon to graduate son. This is perfect.

Sells for $20 at HD, but Crescent wrenches used to all be made in USA. This, unfortunately, is made in China.

They changed the logo and it doesn't look anything like our Crescent wrenches except the basic shape. Looks like any other Chinese adjustable wrench.

Specs don't show it but assuming this is for right handed people (typical). any deals on the left-handed version?

Don't get me wrong, I'm normally a fan of tools that go on sale @ Ace Hardware and I have an Ace Rewards membership. However, Harbor Freight offers a 4 piece steel adjustable wrench set (12", 10", 8" and 6") by Pittsburgh for $11.99. If you are a casual/DIY user, this HF set gives more bang for the buck. https://www.harborfreight.com/4-p...t-903.html

Wont touch anything Crescent since they moved off shore. Spain made Channellock wrenches are so much better.

Thanks for the heads up, repped. There also a "professional" version with matte grip for $3.00 more. I had bookmarked the Ace version to pick up in store but I think I'll buy this one instead

I can't tell if this is a joke.
Like left handed cutlery.

Thanks for the rep! I think the 4 piece set you referenced with the matte handle grips is worth the extra $3.00. Pretty decent reviews with very few rated at 1 star. Hopefully, the matte grip material will not de-laminate over time.

I know, right! Finally, someone solved the two crescent carry conundrum.

I got the Kobalt adj wrench for $2 and one by Irwin for $5 at Lowes. Both are 12" But that was just YMMV.
if i were to get an adj. wrench n no other discount, HF set would b my choice. But then again, im just a weekend wrencher. The pros are gonna want something with better quality.

Use as a last resort. Many a hexagonal bolt head have been stripped into a circular shape with my crescent wrench.
