Roughly $0.085 per serving for the most researched and easy to take strength and muscle building supplement you can get. Buy this. Take 5 grams everyday (1 tsp). Along with some consistent exercise and resistance training, it should help most people regardless of age or sex. For what it's worth, I work in the Sports Nutrition world and for all the products that are out there, I take Creatine Monohydrate, Whey Protein to supplement my protein intake and caffeine as needed. Hope this helps!
