Just signed up for this site and purchased the power deal. If not enough people join the deal is it cancelled or do they charge you full price? I'm always looking for steam deals but have not seen any good ones in close to 2 years. Best I've seen are gift card re-seller sites which go for 5-7% off.
My first time using the site as well, I see this in the FAQ:

What happens if not enough people join my Power Deal?
If not enough buyers join a Power Deal by the time the Power Deal ends, the Power Deal expires and is considered unsuccessful. Funds used as pre-authorization holds for credit cards and debit cards are released.

Mass genie doesn't have a Paypal option?,,, pssh im out
Paypal is a piece of shit company these days. If you're a seller, and a buyer cancels an order - even one 5 seconds later - they keep the transaction fees.

Rather have 1 person have my CC on file vs 100s of rando companies.

PayPal isn't just one person, it's a bunch of nutcases who will ban you if they don't agree with your politics.

This is just one discount, i.e., only 1 card for $85, right? You can't pile on multiple cards for 15% off the whole thing?
It won't fully discount multiple cards in one order, but it seems to work to do a second order, i.e. the coupon is applied again to the second transaction.

Fine with me. I'll keep using Paypal as long as it is one of the safest ways currently to make online credit card transactions. I don't sell on eBay so that side of business doesn't concern me.

"Principles" are rungs below what is advantageous and beneficial to me.

The safest way is one-time use credit card numbers. Paypal is not the safest way. It's a 3rd party. Anytime you add another party to the chain, you get a potential vector for attack/compromise.

Eg: Now I know you have a paypal account, an attacker can now send you a phishing email to try and trick you into logging into what you think is paypal.

The greater your online surface area is, the more avenues for attack. Just look at how they hacked Equifax. Something you think is "secure" may have big gaping holes that have yet to be publicly announced or even discovered.

I have $700 Steam Credits. Anyone know how I can safely and reliably sell it or exchange it for PayPal?

I would do $80 for $100 Steam.

Are those credits already linked to your Steam account? Or they are gift cards.

Thanks!

Credits linked to my account. How would I sell it? Would I just buy games as gift and exchange it for PayPal?

Thanks for your help.

The Vive and Index are two very different things.
