My Home Depot has displays setup for a free tool if you buy a P166 battery pack. The deal is not showing online yet.

We know it is more than just the 40 that link shows. The Ryobi video said "over 50" and the display at the store listed at least one tool that link doesn't have (150-Watt Powered Inverter).
Any idea if the P320 was one of the tools? Or if there is a full tool list?

They did not show it, but since it cost $129 I seriously doubt you will see that as a free tool (ever)! Ryobi might offer a complete list on their website once the deal officially starts tomorrow.

Last year I got the P238 free, but it was also on sale for $79 at the time -- which I believe was their advertised limit (for free tools) in 2018.
thats what im hoping. but im having doubts because they have the weaker older non brushed driver listed which is $79 right now.

unless its a glitch and the p238 goes through, why would anyone get the brushed/older/weaker version except for the uninformed.

Looks like a new type of charger?

It is a 1 hour model or one of the horrendous 18 hour charges that came in some of the Black Friday specials over the past few years (i.e. Bluetooth radios, etc)

It's I called a P118B so I believe it is just a redesigned P118 that moves the power supply to a wall-wart. They still call it a one hour charger. I don't mind the external power supply but really wish they would have just put it in-line so it would have a regular plug.

Honestly I think it was a mistake to have it free last year. Smilie

Wow, that video is a horrible waste of time! He could have just taken half a dozen photos and conveyed all the info better -- instead he records 16+ minute video. I guess the latter boosts his youtube popularity/revenue better.
