My Home Depot has displays setup for a free tool if you buy a P166 battery pack. The deal is not showing online yet.

So to maximize the savings I guess other than the planner (which is OOS in stores and online), it's the inverter (which I want anyway) or soldering station?

I do want to keep one set of batteries so I guess the goal would be to pick that tool and battery pack together, right?

Right now I got the jet blower for about $25 and the hedge trimmer for about $32 (after cancelling the batteries, or returning them). Since I do want a set of batteries (only have a pair of 1.2amp ones) and may want to keep the inverter, I guess do the combo that way, and if I decide to return the inverter, that would give me the lowest cost for the batteries, right?

Link to hedge trimmer and link to jet blower? I don't see those on the "Free" tool list? I only see a grass and shrubbery trimmer and a workshop blower and a left blower (no mention of being a jet blower).

Here you go.. My mistake - not a "jet blower" I guess you need a 40v for that... The other is a hedge trimmer albeit small. These are the ones I was referring to.

The blower comes down to about $35 but for some reason mine ended up being $25
The Grass Shear/Hedge trimmer comes down to about $31.

Okay thanks for clarification with the links. Wasn't sure if I was missing something. There are other ryobi blowers that actually use the word "jet" in their name whereas the one you link to does not though you called it a jet blower in your comment.

I put the string light in my shed. I love it. I bought it with this deal a couple weeks ago.

i got that p251 hammer drill from that guy selling it new on ebay for $55 shipped. He has a bunch. It's the top of the line hammer drill ryobi has to offer. It really was new just without original box but all the accesosries manual etc was in there and bags were sealed and new. Dude prob stole a pallet of them or something lol. There is no reason not to get it for those in the Ryobi system and needs a drill. Amazing deal! I compared it with the free hammer drill that offered free with this deal since my buddy got it and it doesnt even compare. the brushless p251 has so much more power, better quality, etc.

and yes looks like today is the last day. now i wait for a deal for the p238 brushless impact driver then im pretty much set until they release brushless 3/8 and 1/2 impact wrenches

i still contemplate that rigid deal as now it went down to $349 taht comes with 4 brushless tools all that are more power than any of ryobi equivilent. but not gonna lie i bought in on some of the novelty tools like the damn GLUE GUN hahah. it is cool to just use one system. so there is no turning back now.

Thanks for reminding me. I thought I had a couple more days. One last order to pick up the P263 3/8" impact wrench.

Didnt go nuts, but picked up the planer, inverter and impact for $45 each. Works for me.
