Misleading title and incorrect information.

This is not 80 treatments.

The product itself says "2 cartons: 40 strips; 20 treatments each; Total 80 strips; 40 treatments"

I agree. My original post reads 40 treatments, not sure how they promoted it as 80. Trying to notify a mod now.

How do these strips compare to the gel and tray kits you can buy?

Like this: https://www.amazon.com/Optimized-...B002HMRJEO

This has the same ingredients as the stuff my wife gets from the dentist.

Have you tried using sensitive toothpaste like Sensodyne? That helped me.
Yeah, I use it now. However, US doesn't have the version like Europe with whatever chemical it is I forgot, but it helps still.

I think it depends on the person. When i used them i had it on for an hour until i took them off. My teeth hurt a little but nothing to cry about. If it hurts too much id do half the time then.
Same for me, I saw people's post warning me about it and I still give it a try. I put it for only 20 mins, hurts a little bit. After 5 times, I stopped because it didn't help much and the pain come faster. And then ever since, every time I drink cold or hot water, the pain appears again just like when I use the strip. My teeth looks good, but it's not as strong as young people (due to lack of nutitrions when I grew up, so part of it was like transparent lol), so that could be why. The point is the pain may be a permanent effect for someone, so be careful and mindful about that.

Used these before, not that great. They're all right, but the side effects really suck (sensitive teeth) and they're expensive. I would recommend getting carbamide peroxide instead. A dental student recommended it to me. It's what professionals use and it doesn't damage your enamel and it's cheaper. But, I think you can only find it on the internet. I bought mine from amazon.

Careful when using dont get them on your gums. As hydrogen peroxide causes free radicals to form.

This is heavily concentrated hydrogen peroxide after all.

Remember to swish with something to stop the free radicals after you are done as using this long term has bad effects as far as cancer goes.

Maybe a q tip with hydrogen peroxide but more work.

The reason these work is that the dentin absorbs the hydrogen peroxide over time and then the dentin not enamel becomes whiter not the enamel.

As we age the dentin becomes yellow naturally. This is why over time the teeth will look yellow again. If you over do it though and it gets to the pulp you are in trouble. See your dentist.

Check for oral cancer and sue Crest later on beware and keep receipts.

Some
Cancer cells produce their own hydrogen peroxide and that destroys other cells DNA causing further damage. People should Use hydrogen peroxide carefully.

this is why store hydrogen peroxide is 3%
