Paid more than that for a different Zinus queen mattress that I bought recently O_O.

P.S. I also see a coupon to clip for 3.43 so effectively $150.57

Serious solution: get a real cover and never open the one that comes with it. I've had mine for about a year, and everything is still great.

Would you say this mattress is more on the firm side or the plush side. Looking for something fairly soft.

For me, it's on the firm side. I am about 180 lbs and I don't really "sink" at all into the mattress.

Edit: but it's not "hard" at all though. The very top layer is still very soft.

As an owner of multiple memory foam mattresses, I would never recommend 8in of memory foam. "Mattress layers include: 2 inches Memory Foam, 2 inches Pressure Relieving Comfort Foam, and 4 inches High-density Base Support Foam." You're only really getting 2in of actual "memory foam" the rest of rubbish

Just a heads up that make sure a mattress in a box is what you want out of your sleep experience. A lot of mattress outlets near your house will sell you a King mattress set with the box spring for $200 and tend to provide better sleeping experiences. For me, it comes down to the collapsing of the side. On these mattresses I feel like I'm about to fall out of it for about 2 feet on either side and it ruins the point of getting a King to begin with. Do research and find out if you might be better off with a mattress and maybe doing a topper. There are also hybrid mattresses that basically are a traditional mattress with a memory foam topper built in.

What's the smallest height you'd recommend? Shopping out for a new mattress, so I want to know you opinion if 10" is good?

So weird that Queen size is not on sale, but is $238.99 for 10".

Rock hard (pause)- 6in, hard/firm-8in, firm/soft- 10in, soft-12in..... I personally always like the 12in soft (pause) because it feels closest to a tempur-pedic. I highly recommend turning your mattress 180 degrees every 6 months

I've had a Zinus mattress for guest room and loved it so much we switched our $$$ Tempurpedic Grande to the guest room and use the Zinus mattress. It's been about 5-6 years now and still love it. Also, cant beat it for the price and convenience of Amazon front door delivery.
