You might see a better price on the string trimmer, but probably not the leaf blower. I believe the lowest it was last summer, was $149.
2 Summers ago it was $99 on a deal of the day, but I wouldn't advocate waiting in hopes of a deal that hasn't been seen in two years.

I wonder how much I can sell the battery and charger? I would like to get the carbon fiber shaft trimmer for close to$100.
Also, for $30 off on the chainsaw, is that a good price?
I bought the chainsaw a few weeks ago at $250 (going to get it price matched) and it is amazing. Worth every penny.

Do you have the power head and edger, if so, what do you think?
Negative, been waiting for the elusive deal on attachments...need a long hedge shear and the chainsaw attachment. FWIW, I've never used or needed a physical edger.

Is the carbon fiber version clockwise or counterclockwise? I learn to edge walk backwards to avoid rock hitting my face and get a straighter line
Carbon fiber rotates clockwise...I think all models with the motor at the business end rotate clockwise, but not sure.

I have the power head edger and trimmer. Edger exceeds expectations. Trimmer also does, but it's heavy and not well balanced (not sure why that bothers me with the trimmer head but not the edger). I bought a strap after my first use, and that helped a lot for the second (just got it a few weeks ago)

Also, run time isn't great with a 2.5 ah battery. That could just be because I've been doing sorting cleanup of some pretty gnarly stuff. It rained for 3 straight weeks after the first time I should have mowed my lawn, so it was out of hand.
Yeah, the other attachments are pretty spendy. I see that the power head and edger tool combo without battery or charger is $129 right now. Doesn't appear to be on sale, but I swear it was $170 or $200 a couple weeks ago when I was looking. I have 3x of the 5.0 batteries from the backpack blower clearance. Lol

In researching your question, I wondered what other models rotate clockwise, and just found on Youtube that a simple wire-swap hack can fix this!

Hmm, just got an email from Ego and they are showing the trimmer that is $159 at Home Depot today is possibly supposed to only be $149.Could be a typo in their email but may be worth pursuing for anyone who wants to try and save an additional $10.

They scrapped the plans on the gigafactory years ago.

Panasonic doesn't even plan on continuing to build the batteries there after another year or two.
Huh? Link?

Any Home Depot coupons that could be used to sweeten this deal? I thought in the past there were ones you could buy on Ebay.

My stores take the Lowe's coupons that look real off of eBay, although they usually just take 10% off. I don't complain. Better than nothing.

If you are near a Menards, Home Depot does a matching 11% rebate. You can check if your store qualifies here: https://www.homedepotrebates11percent.com/#/home

I own the carbon fiber one and the non-self-propelled mower from them. AMA.

Some key points, the battery works in the mower and the trimmer and you'll need to buy line with it.

Issues I have had so far:

1. The trimmer is way too powerful for the line. I go through a LOT of line
2. #1 would be remediated if they had a forward guard, my last electric trimmer had the same issue, but had a metal flip guard/guide you can put down to ensure you are always using the edge of the line.
3. The easy load takes a bit to get used to, and you will get very frustrated at the start. I suggest only going the length of the edger x2, loading it through, then pull to even before hitting the button. IT MUST be as close to even as possible, otherwise you'll just piss yourself off trying to open it an pull it out.

Other than that it's been good, I also use it to do sidewalk edging, which it can get away from me at times since this SOB has some kick to it.

Use the Rhino triangle yellow 0.95 guage line. That's the best stuff I've found over the years and it works great in my Ego trimmer from a couple years ago. I have pretty thick and tough fescue grass, which all of the 0.80 guage line is worthless on.
