Probably COSC, since it's Tissot; didn't look into it. Nice looking watch and good deal.(if it's not too rose-goldy irl).

Crazy ... don't think I've ever seen "Certified Chronometer" and "quartz" in the description for the same watch. Is that even possible??

totally, many breitling, omega and other higher end are all quartz and certified chronometers.some sat specifically like omega and breitling but others may not... many of the higher end brands are owned by 1-3 big brands which also own ETA (swiss watch movement company) so, it's pretty wide spread, just not on SD

They are legit. You will not get something fake. What you'll also get is poor customer service in the event that anything is remotely unsatisfactory. If you want to buy from them, make sure it's something that you're completely ok with, including the possibility that your return being refused because you removed a single piece of protective film from anything.

Yes, COSC certifies both quartz and mechanical movements. The standards are different, and for quartz, they are much more stringent than for mechanical.

It's basically $5 off as google cache shows it was $149 on their site without coupon. I think the code google5 really means something.
