Not sure if I am doing it wrong but I don't think it works.

(CD06) Your order has not met the qualifying total of $.01 for coupon 94732505 This may be the result of certain product exclusions. Your current qualifying amount is .00. Please add more qualified products to your Shopping Cart or remove this coupon from your Shopping Cart. Thank you.

OP was not referring to the 20% off coupon from the top of the home page, but rather a 20% (may be 15%) offer that randomly pops-up when browsing the site.

Thank you for your reply. I will try again through out the day. It's a good price if I can get the pop up coupon to appear

I have not been able to get the popup window, but even if I did the cost before discount is $31.99 and with a 20% would be $25.59 nowhere near the amount mentioned in the title.

There's a "5%" discount if you subscribe. Strangely it takes off $3 bringing it to $29.99, which would be $24 if the 20% came off.

The 20% is being deducted from the original price and not the pickup price.

It's taking the 5% out of the original price, so this may be sweeter, down to 17.99

Works good. Paid $22.98 and picked up in store. Coupon is discounting off original price!

Tried a couple different browsers, could only get a 15% popup half the time.

It will apply when doing a subscribe - which is 56.99 for the ream. However, Store Pick up is 27 off for 29.99.
The 20% coupon only applies to full priced items. Misleading. Glad to know some folks were able to use it. Most of us obviously aren't that fortunate...

Works good with the Pop up 20% minus the $20.60 ink reward, total out of pocket $1.76 (minus the 3% internet rebates and 1.5% credit card cash back)
