I think they check the balance on the 4th or the 5th of the month. So maybe early next month you'll get something.
I think they check the balance at the end of the month, and then change the status on the 4th or the 5th. I once transferred 60K on the 1st, but I did not get the Gold status until a month later.

Yes, you can roll 2x $100 giftcard with one annual fee.

https://www.doctorofcredit.com/tr...el-credit/

This card is basically $600 benefit for one year kinda of deal. Not counting global entry since basically every $100+ card has that.

$500 reward - $95 fee + $200 airline giftcard = $605 benefit for singup for one year.

Not worth keeping unless you keep $100k in your Bank of America brokerage account. If you do have your investment with BoA, it is worth keeping for the effective 2.625% back on anything unlimited which I believe cannot be beaten using only a single card.
You don't really need to keep the money in your account for a whole year. Once you get the status, it's good for a year even you move all your money somewhere else right away.

can you use this to pay monthly mortgage? or are there any credit card you can use to pay monthly mortgage to rack up points?
Yes. But only if you can get the 2.65% rate and also utilize a service like Plastiq or something that has a fee lower so you can rack up points.

Is this an ongoing offer or has certain expiry day? I would like to wait a month or so, as I just got Southwest card and would not be able to make the spend requirements for both in parallel...

Typical poor people mentality. Why should I pay $95 to get $500 back in three months? I would be down $95 up front!. No understanding of leverage, No understanding of investment.

Yes and No. Yes in that you can sign-up for it again but only after 24 months AFTER you cancelled the card. In your case no because you are not past the 24 months. Bank of America added these new rules in January of this year I believe.

I have the card, if you're a Platinum/Honors Preferred Rewards member and travel at least once or twice a year, it's worth getting. I usually avoid annual fee cards, but I travel a couple times a year so I always recoup that from the $100 airline credits, they apply automatically usually within a week or two. Same thing with the TSA Precheck application, I used it for that and the credit applied automatically a week later. As far as the rewards go, there's certainly higher values out there for specific categories (I use a different card for dining and gas) but having 2.25 back on all purchases with no limit makes it a solid catch-all card for me.
So can I use this for those premium lounges and I'll get a credit back of up to $200 a year? Its automated? Thank you.

I can't speak for lounges, I use mine for baggage fees and drinks on the plane

Not in most cases, since all of the digital wallet services like Paypal, Visa, Mastercard checkout require the card CVV. There is one way it might work though. If you already have a BofA account, login through their App on Android/iPhone then click on "Open an Account" on the overview page and apply for this card through your offers. At the end of the application, if you get instantly approved, it should give you an option to add it to your digital wallet Android/iPhone.

Thanks for response. I don't happen to account. I will probably apply now and rebuy once the card is here.
