Beats the current frontpage deal (2700, 1TB HDD) with a 2700X and 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD config.

Yes, it will. The question is why would you upgrade them so soon? For the average users, this should last them beyond the warranty period. Then, you can do whatever you want. If you consider yourself to be non-average, then you should build one instead.

I am obsessed with 2700x unfortunately this has low end parts in it like the GPU and the RAM, small SSD, andweak PSU, otherwise I would get one. Price is very low for its parts:

CPU + MB : $340 ish Microcenter
16GB 2400Mhz Ram: $70
Case + 460W PSU: $150 assuming Dell is considered high quality
1TB HDD: $40
256 GB: $25
RX 580 4GB: $230
Windows Home: $20
Keyboard & Mouse: $40 (Dell quality)
Total $915 plus your time if you put it together yourself and are savvy enough to buy everything at a good price and have tje time and knowledge to assemble it.
More than good for people who can't build or have the time to do so. If anything fails, you can just send it in for warranty.
