These are H style pipe clamps which have feet to elevate whatever you're clamping off the surface. These also come with rubber protective pieces on the jaws.

Free shipping over $25 or with Amazon Prime (I ordered 4 sets with each one done separately to capitalize on no-rush credits, personally).

4.7 out of 5 stars on Amazon, 451 reviews. Current Fakespot review grade is A.

You will also need to buy 3/4 pipe that is threaded on at least one end. My personal plan is to buy 10' pipe from HomeDepot that's $20 here and cut it in half, making 2 5' pieces with a single threaded end each. So $10 per 5' pipe piece combined with $12 for each set of these, that's about $22 per 5' clamp total.

This is the lowest price in over a year per the site of camels. It beats HomeDepot's current price by nearly $3. I have an upcoming project that is going to need some very long clamps, and happened across this after seeing the Rockler clamp deal posted.

If you don't need the extra strength or choice in lengths these offer, the Rockler clamps or some HF bar clamps might be great, but this seems like a pretty strong deal for some solid pipe clamps. The Jorgensen pony clamps are probably the next step up in quality based on some reviews, but this is really cheap for putting together a set of still really well reviewed pipe clamps.

amazon doesn't need a fakespot rating.. This must be a newer model or something I remember reading about and seeing on youtube how these clamps end up tarnishing a work surface area because of the metal reaction. I know sounds crazy but some guy from canada did a review on this. overall its a powerful clamp. I prefer to go to HD and get the difference Smilie

The discoloration is from the pipes, I believe, rather than the clamps.

If you use black pipe, it stains the wood surface. I use galvanized pipe and for delicate work also use pipe insulation around the pipe to prevent glue from drying on the pipe.
