Oc to 3200 c15 at 1.35V with no issue. Used 8 of them on a threadripper gig. Looks good. Price is good for rgb memory that does not look like shit. Very good with aura sync

Sure, nothing prevents this RAM from running at a lower speed. Most likely it will be set to 2666 by default, but you should check for available profiles via BIOS for optimum performance.

What is the exact timing? 15-20-20-42?

BTW, the listed timing is CAS Latency: 16-20-20.

They are likely below average afr chips so the will do the same as most. I got some to 3600 cas 15 @ 1.55v

15-18-18-42 to be precise. They sell it at conservative timings but of course it's YMMV

That's a lot of voltage though. I would not personally be comfortable with that

I ordered a Game from Ratuken ps4 - the tracking says it was delivered - I do not have a game. Someone stole it out of the mailbox. I am out of luck - Will never buy from Rakuten again - they do not allow Post office boxes - thank goodness it wasn't ripped off when I ordered these m.2 drives and other items. Not a happy camper - Why can't they mail to PO boxes? Its stupid. Now I have to report Mail theft to the Postal Inspector. I have informed mail (that takes a picture of each piece of mail coming in.) and there was no notification.
Every time they deliver something their scanner stores a gps coordinate for the moment they scan it at your step. Call and ask to verify if it was delivered at your house. They take a photo as well.

The latency for this RAM is strange, and pretty bad for 3000MHz RAM: 16-20-20
This RAM is faster: https://slickdeals.net/f/13087696-xpg-gammix-d10-16gb-desktop-memory-silver-or-black-63-74-ac-free-shipping?src=frontpage
It's not great latency, but it's 16-18-18 AND $9 cheaper.

EDIT: The RAM listed on this post has TERRIBLE latency timings to make sure that it won't crash Ryzen. If you want to set XMP and forget about it, this totally makes sense though. I'm actually going to recommend it for a friend of mine that wants exactly that.

You are in the minority. An overwhelming percentage of people are having excellent results with this ram, even with Ryzen
