If you monitor the freebies forum you never have to pay for a magazine. Here is a link for free Men`s Health Magazine. http://cdn.mercurymagazines.com/1...index.html

I tried that now. It showed me so many ads I got lost. In my experience, Discountmags is more convenient and I can easily manage my subscriptions on their websites/change my address/..etc

The price is good, yet you will be counted as lucky if you get more than 3 magazines delivered in each year. I subscribed to 3 different magazine and only get on average 2-3 per year instead of the promised amount.

I stopped reading Men's Health magazine after finding out it was bought by National Enquirer and David Pecker.

I guess it depends on your location and the magazine. My 'Time' is coming every week like clock work. They have missed one out of eight for my 'Wired' sofar. Maybe my neighbour took it

I second this. Subscriptions don't start for 4-6 months after ordering, and expiry date reflects original order date. Customer service will respond but tell you to "wait a little longer". From my last order of 4 magazines six months ago, I've received exactly 4 issues total. For one title I've received nothing.

Never again!

LOL! 11 issues for one year of GolfWEEK?

They put Entertainment Weekly's double issues to shame with their 11 "quad" issues!

I jumped on this deal last year when it was around the same price point as I needed some magazines for my barbershop lounge area.

I can confirm, that the first issue was delivered about 3-4 months after placing the order for anyone with confusion. For the price though, I'll do another year to have something laying around for clients waiting. Thanks OP.

Got Men's Health free with recyclebank. I think about a month and a half is how long it took to get the first issue. I have this issue, but the cover is slightly different than this one. I've noticed 4 different US covers for this same issue, each with Crews on the cover. Like, why do they have so much time on their hands to design multiple covers for the same region?

I don't even get why there are multiple regions. UK has an edition, South Africa has an edition, Australia and New Zealand have their own edition... it goes on.

Men's Health is owned by Hearst Magazines, which purchased it from Rodale Publications in 2017.

Men's Fitness was purchased by David Pecker's American Media Inc., from Weider Publications, in 2002. But in 2017, its print version was folded into Men's Journal.

Meanwhile, American Media Inc. just sold the National Enquirer to Hudson News.

This is why you should avoid buying multi-year subscriptions to magazines -- you never know who the owner will be, or if it will even exist, in a year or two.
