Likely, but you may have to rig it to not fall out, depending upon whether the hair dryer rests against the wall. I imagine a rubber band around the prongs would work.

I would not trust the drywall screws. I would be sure to mount in a stud.

I think if you are careful and it's a fairly light guitar it would be fine but definitely use a stud if possible

These work and are worth $2 but I find them annoying because the prongs move so if you want them narrower for your guitar (or Dyson broomstick drone or whatever else), they tend to spread apart...I'm constantly having to adjust mine back to where I want them

They come with great anchors. Using these you could personally hang from it.

Funny, because they are the same anchors that came with the brackets that I hung my string trimmer on and both brackets came out of the wall. My guitar is quite a bit heavier than my string trimmer.

If you want to take the risk then that is your option but there is no doubt that you will not be able to hang from it for any significant amount of time if you are a normal sized person.
