A regular Mountain Dew this size would have 290% as much sugar as this drink has. To look at it another way, this is basically a third as much sugar. That is a lot less. It still contains some sugar, which is why I described it as "not terrible". I didn't describe it as "great". The reduced sugar content is not ideal, but it is way better. I stand by that assessment.

To put this in perspective, the 20 grams of sugar is 80 calories. Compare that to a coffee with one cream and sugar which is 110 calories.
