No VESA mount.
They sell and adapter that plugs into the stand bracket and provides a vesa connection but it is bulky and expensive so if you want vesa avoid this one.
No speakers.
Hdmi and vga only.
Here is the manual...

1080p is not good for 27" or above
I'm rocking a similar monitor. It works for a budget, and I'd rather have the 27" than a 24". Aliasing is definitely noticeable at some points, but others it's not so bad. Destiny 2 is gross, but Battlefield V looks fine. It's just hard to justify another $250 in GPU and monitor when your build only costs a few hundred to begin with.

Are you sure it's 75hz at 1080? Or 1024?

Got this from the $100 deal a month or two ago. Very happy with it. Large, bright, has the standard but necessary hookups. I use it for office work so can't comment on gaming response time. But at $120 (or $100) I couldn't have asked for more.

I have 2 of these book-ending my 1440 gaming monitor (one for work stuff, one for home/internet stuff). For the price you just can't beat it.

much too vague of a statement as distance matters too. you're missing part of the equation. i have this monitor at the back of a 30" desk and it looks phenomenal.. a 23" that far back i have to lean forward just to see it . i guess if you require the monitor to be right up in your face for then a 27 would be too big at this resolution. also big screens with lower resolution matter less with gaming etc than other applications
