These sound amazing, they are however a bit heavy and not likely the most comfortable of headphones for long sessions. Probably about as good of sound quality as you will find with bluetooth headphones however.

Just read the description on Amazon, these are 50 hours wired with no ANC. It needs energy to power the speakers in these headphones? Other wireless I have doesn't need power when it's wired I think or is this how they all operate for wireless headphones?

Edit: Just checked and my Sony WH-1000XM3 can be used with the headphone wire and not need any sort of power. I assume these B&W ones have powered speakers in there?

I have the Sony 1000xm3, I can tell you that even in wired mode, you do need power to use the ANC function. If you don't need ANC then it will work as is without power.

I know that if you need ANC it has to be powered. What I had said was that the B&W even with ANC off and wired it will only last 50 hours.

If you are looking for good noise cancellation and comfort, don't get these. These headphones look nice, but that comes at the cost of comfort, and the sound quality is significantly worse when ANC is turned on. The build quality is amazing and solid though. These are not ANC headphones but rather headphones with ANC feature built in.

I've tried these, B&O H9, QC35 II, and Sony WH-1000XM3 in search of the perfect ANC headphones. I can tell you that the Sony's are the second most comfortable of the bunch, and has the best ANC performance + the best sound with ANC on. I ended up keeping the Sony's.

Got the B&O H9i last week for $250, in love with those. Not sure if this is worth the 300

No it does not, they will play longer plugged in is what that is saying.

Bose generally most comfy. Without ANC these are likely highest SQ of that group.

I tried these briefly at a Best Buy compared to the WH1000XM3, ended up getting the XM3 because they cancelled out more noise and were lighter and more comfortable. That said, I might pick these up to havea second pair of good wireless headphones just as a backup. Thanks for posting, OP!
