A sandbox level vs professionally designed levels and storyline is quite different.

"Our Princess is in another castle" is one of the greatest twists in storytelling history. Although technically, I guess it counts as seven of the greatest twists.

We returned this game, just a heads up: the save system is bad for kids.

We found out the hard way that you can only save your progress after beating a castle (boss enemy). The quick saves delete as soon as you restart your game also, very difficult for a kid to remember to go into a separate menu and manually save every time they play.

We got so frustrated losing all our progress multiple times that it wasn't fun. Not sure why Nintendo decided to do it that way, but others should know before buying.

I'm curious though. You can create a level together but is Mario maker co-op?

Thanks! Very cool. Wasn't sure about that in the direct. I'll probably finish my super deluxe and sell it

Because it has "unlimited" Mario levels to play for not much more money.

Have this for wii-u I would be very hard pressed to pay 45 for this. I believe I got it free with another game to be honest.

I'd be hard pressed to say any Mario game has a 'story line'.

You should check out the direct. If I recall, in addition to a one player Story Mode there are 100 professionally designed levels.
