Oh wow. Did not notice $75 GC is removed. Thanks for the info. Seems like I will need to reach out to them.
Oh glad I could help then. I submitted the request over the phone as soon as the product arrived so they couldn't recall it or have me cancel. It took the Dell rep a few days to get back to me but his solution to make up for the GC missing was the 60 dollar refund.

Good luck reaching out, but just mention that the gift card isn't listed in your order and that you ordered it during the promotional period.

Received my two orders, and I'll have to say I love these monitors. After owning TN panels my entire life, and dabbling with a VA panel, I don't think I can go back to either. I didn't love the boxes they came in however, what a PITA to get from the apartment office to my room. I might send one back because one seems good enough for what I need to do, but it'll be a tough because it looks pretty sweet having two.

Anyone get their $75 gift card yet? I have not and it doesn't even show on my invoice. I contacted Dell and they said it takes up to 20 days. Just curious if anyone has gotten it yet.

Not the best experience. The Dell rep ended up creating a new order and they are shipping two monitors. /facepalm.
They called me back saying that i should return the first order. The problem here being I might then lose 10% from some cashback site.
On a fourth call today. Nightmare experience considering I myself am a Dell employee.

Man that sucks, must be a YMMV based on the Dell support person handling the order. As soon as I had the monitor in possession I told the Rep that returning it was not an option and that I hoped they could do something about the missing card. He said he had to get manager approval for his solution of giving me the credit, so that may potentially be the YMMV part where your fate is determined by how far support is willing to go to make you happy.

My buddy works over in the hyper-converged on-prem cloud leasing part of EMC/Dell and was having a good laugh at this whole process. The discount was pretty nice either way, but sucks that they'd rather pay to ship that giant ass monitor back instead of just giving you the card or a discount.

Windows 10 driver utilities for this monitor
https://www.dell.com/support/home...dw/drivers

Got mine yesterday and setup, liking it so far with an nvidia card and gSync. The box is insanely huge, like I could sleep in it now if I wanted to.

I have bought this monitor last week, but does not receive any $75 coupon from dell.
Is there anybody receive it?

I haven't received mine yet. I don't see it in invoice as well. I am pretty sure it was there when I added to cart. I have opened a support ticket. Do you see it in your invoice or order slip?

Was waiting for another deal on this. That 10% off code can be combined with the 17% off dell employee discount (unique codes, don't have any to give), making my final total 634.94 shipped. Those employee codes remove the giftcard however so I contacted Dell about the missing card from the promotion. They wound up giving me a 60 dollar credit towards the order instead making my final total 574.94 shipped plus a 17 dollar credit on the account through rewards.

Not very repeatable unfortunately but thanks for the heads up about the deal as I really like this monitor and wanted a second.
Looks like they also sent me the gift card, making my final total 575 - 17 rewards - 75 gift card = 483... pretty damn slick but wish I did some cash rewards haha. Hope everyone is enjoying their new monitors!

I just receive the gift card.
But it say the card can be used in dell.com from printers and TV to theater device.
Can I use that to buy keyboard or SSD?
Is anyone experience that before?
