Only certain Freesync monitors are "officially supported" as being "G-Sync compatible", not sure if this is one of them, but according to previous comments in here it sounds like it is in fact G-Sync compatible with a supported Nvidia GPU.

Not worth it for Xbox. Xbox is limited to 60fps so you'd be wasting this monitor's potential. And if you don't have the X (for 4K games) or S (for 4K movies), you should stick with a 1080p screen. If you do, then get a 4K 60hz TV or monitor.

Of note, the box I got did not have the -B on the end. I have not had the chance to open/assemble it yet though, so maybe it just isn't noted on the box...
Also, I had posted about another site offering an additional $5 of $30+ in-store coupon that appears to have been deleted. I guess that site is offensive here, but the coupon works so got mine for $295...
