I have one I've been using for 2 or so years, it's held up great, no problem with the zipper. But I also don't overstuff it and have to force the zipper closed (which people seem to want to do with a lot of bags that zip, not just this tote).

The only "bad" thing is with a tote this size it can get heavy if you fill it up. I've gotten to where I don't take it into the store because the baggers often stuff it to the point I can barely lift it out of the cart to get it in the car. Instead I ask they bag all the cold stuff together in my reusable grocery bags, then I split it up between the two bags I have in the car myself. Usually it's as simple as putting the whole bag inside the thermal tote, which is nice because when I get home I just have to lift it back out to carry it upstairs.

ETA: I also have a walmart one bought several years ago. There's not much difference between the two IMO. I think the RR one does seem to keep things a little colder, but I don't know that it's enough to necessarily choose it over the WM one. Maybe it you were using it for longer periods of time; I just use mine for groceries.

Does anyone have this, quite a few reviews complain about the zipper quality and the zipper breaking within a few uses

I bought it as a gift a couple years ago (for $15) - seemed nice but haven't given it yet Facepalm

For anyone looking into reusable bags, these things are a black hole of space with durability to boot. I do not publicly endorse a product unless I use it exclusively and I've been using a pair of these for about 3 years now. No complaints.

I can second that. I've seen similar ones for $5 at my local WM.

As someone who works in grocery retail, I can tell you from the photos alone this bag seems a lot beefier than what we have in store. Just my 2 cents, I see a lot of people claiming Wal mart has these for $5 - they are significantly lower build quality and don't have any extra pockets or features.
