Can this work with a hot pink Xbox or just white?

A 4 TB WD or Seagate is very close to $100. Why not spend the extra $30 for double the capacity? I'm all for saving money, but I bit this time.
2 days ago Amazon had a 4 TB Western Digital (better brand) for $55. I wish I would've went that route.

bought that exact 4TB drive for my new One X. installed in minutes and is working great. 4TB is more than I need right now, not sure how I would ever use 8TB. Two 4TB drives would make more sense, one for game storage and one for media storage. I don't believe you can make one drive serve both purposes during setup.

I'm here to supply facts: https://www.backblaze.com/blog/ha...-for-2018/
--- https://www.techspot.com/news/784...-2018.html

There are tons of statistics about drive failure rates on Backblaze, check it out.

I just want to say Seagate has got better with drive failures, and people who are in this thread throwing their hands in the air and running for their lives away from Seagate are over-exaggerating. It's actually a bit funny that drive manufacturers people are suggesting actually have higher failure rates than Seagate now, ironically. Pretty funny stuff.

Looks like the vent will be blocked off if you stand this up. Is it okay to lay it on the side?
