Unfortunately live in a really old, high rise condo and don't have much in terms of storage space and they're gonna be a bitch to move out in any case. Even our trash has limitations on pick up and not sure I could donate them or recycle them somehow... my speakers are pretty old (JBL ND310s).

I paid double this for my RF62's a couple years ago. This is a great deal.

The good ol' garage sale method but refined with an app named Offerup....

These have been out of production for so long. They must have warehouses full still.

Old is not necessarily a bad thing for speakers. I recently found an old pair of Mission bookshelf speakers at Goodwill for $30 and my Klipsch R-15Ms went back to the store.
And not just because of the money, they sounded better to me.

I don't think you'd have any problems Craigslisting those things. Though I'd wait to make sure these RF82 are actually an upgrade to your ears before selling the JBLs.

In for 2. Of course the store pickup option said they were in stock, then during checkout it said they didn't have them----so I reverted to ground shipping. We'll see if that works.

In for a pair to replace my older RF-25's. The 8" woofers in these are much fuller sounding than my 6.25".
Figure I can recoup most of my cost by reselling those anyhow.

As others mentioned, at checkout it stated only 1 in stock locally, so I opted for free delivery.
