Yeah, I managed to grab an open box for ~$750 yesterday. It has 3k hours, but I can only find very slight burn-in when viewing a bright red slide. I can't notice it at all when viewing normal content, even in the throne room scene in The Last Jedi, so I'm probably going to keep it.

Wish the 65" was on sale too though...

The 65 inch was on sale for $1999 but that's not as slick as the 55 inch

How can you tell how many hours the tv has been used?

At 3k hours it's more than like just image retention. Run the pixel refresher.

Yeah, I've ran it once, but it didn't seem to help much. It's definitely nowhere near the level of my display B6, so I'm perfectly happy with it.

Some Walmarts have the 65 on clearance for $999. The 55 is down to $799.

Sorry but 750 is overprice for a demo tv that has 3k hours......... Demo = burn in.

Settings-> go to the bottom -> about TV -> hit ok on the model I think and then the hours show up. Just dig around you will find it.
